Me and mum made mint ice cream. This is the recipe:
You will need: vanilla ice cream, green food die, chocolate chips, spoon, bowl, peppermint essence, freezer optional.
1) Whip the ice cream until creamy.
2) Add in the colouring and peppermint essence until nice and minty.
3) Add in the chocolate chips and do a little taste test
4) Optional, put it in the freezer and let it set and then it will be mint ice cream.

Hi Sapphire Kate here from New Brighton Catholic School. This is amazing because I have never been able to make ice cream and this one tasted amazing. This reminded me of when my Grandma and me tried and failed to make it. Maybe next time as the title you should put, How to make yummy mint ice cream. Do you know how to make any ice cream?
