Tropical Cyclones!!

 Tropical Cyclones facts!

The formal name for a hurricane is a tropical Cyclone. Tropical Cyclones go bye different name in different places. These storms are called hurricanes when they originate over the atlantic ocean, Cyclones in the indian ocean, and typhoons in the pacific.

    Hi Sapphire, thanks for sharing your learning with us.
    I hope that you enjoyed learning about this weather event. Did you see that there has been a storm overnight in Auckland that has caused a lot of flooding and destruction. Thankfully noone has been hurt.
    Next time you could swap the sizes of your informtaion around and have the detail in bigger font and your question smaller.

    Thank you for sharing a few facts about what you have learnt. Tropical cyclones are scary natural events but are also incredible at the same time.

    I agree with Mrs S, think about the different font sizes. Could you add an image next time? This will give your readers an image to capture their attention.

    I know that Tropical Cyclones are not man made and that they can cause a lot of destruction.
